PH8 keeps the right to review, temporarily suspend, or permanently shut down any account, especially when a user breaks the platform's rules, tries to abuse the system, or if legal reasons require it.

User Duties and Forbidden Activities
While using the platform, please stick to these rules:
- Legitimate Use Only: Use the platform only for honest entertainment and gaming purposes.
- No Money Laundering: Any kind of money laundering or illegal financial transaction is completely not allowed.
- No System Hacking: You can't access or interfere with the platform's software, servers, or gaming systems without permission.
- No Bots or Automated Tools: No bots, scripts, or automated software may be used for playing games or placing bets.
- No Fraudulent Bonus Claims: Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or fake information is strictly not allowed.
If you get caught doing any of the above, your account may be closed, your balance may be confiscated, and you could face legal action.

Payment, Transaction, and Financial Policy
All money moves on PH8 are done in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). For deposits and withdrawals, the platform supports local payment options like GCash, PayMaya, USDT, GrabPay, and online bank transfers.
- Deposit Verification: After a successful deposit, the amount shows up in your account balance. If a transaction fails, the refund follows the payment provider's policy.
- Withdrawal Requirements: You need to finish account verification before you can withdraw. On your first withdrawal, you may be asked to go through identity verification (KYC).
- Bonus Conditions: Before you can withdraw any bonus, you must complete the specified wagering requirements. The full terms for each bonus are shown clearly beside the offer.
- Fraudulent Transactions Any member caught using a stolen card or an account that does not belong to them to put through a payment will have the matching balance forfeited on the spot. PH8 may also take legal steps against the person involved and will support the authorities in their investigation. We do this to keep every transaction on the platform clean, because one fake deposit can affect the safety of all members.
PH8 keeps the right to review any transaction that looks suspicious, even when there is no formal complaint yet. While a review is ongoing, we may temporarily pause withdrawals until we finish checking the details.
